Based in Paris, you will be part of the Digital Creative Studio.


WHO YOU WORK WITH

Like a starting five on the court, you’ll team up with four other top creatives (designer + writer + producer + narrative) - each bringing their own strengths- to craft game-changing content that captures the energy of sport and the soul of Paris.

You will report directly into the Senior Manager, Digital Creative Studio, Paris.

You'll also work very closely with other teams across our Paris/France marketing

organisation to ensure your concepts answers their brief. For this, you will need to clearly communicate your ideas to various internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. You’ll actively work across the Brand Creative network often collaborating with Global & EMEA teammates. Each project will also give you the chance to work with a broad spectrum of creative agencies and individuals, over time this will allow you to build a great creative network and be exposed to a wider range of creative practices and process.

For you, sport isn’t just a category—it’s a mindset. And in a city like Paris, where sport, fashion, music, and art collide, you know how to tap into that ecosystem to create something truly authentic and impactful.

We need someone who doesn’t just follow trends but creates them—blending sport, innovation, and the pulse of Paris into a unique digital voice.

A talented individual who embodies the values that our company holds dear. And of course, an individual willing to adapt on the fly, all while maintaining a positive growth mindset.

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Digital Creative, Social Strategist, or working in Integrated Media.

  • A proven track record of connecting with our consumer through insight gathering and support in execution of marketing campaigns.

  • An understanding of the foundational paid marketing toolset to amplify our messaging on social platforms, how to use them in conjunction with our objectives.

  • A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organisation’s needs to deepen our relationships with members.

  • Prior marketing experience in Paris and a demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the city and Nike’s position within it.



WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will own the management of our @nikeparis Instagram handle.

Your core duties will include:

  • Ideating and contributing to the creation of innovative, and on-brand concepts.

  • Generating insights about how our target consumer best digitally interacts with brands.

  • Collaborating to optimise content & creative strategy to best reach our target consumer based on objectives of reach, engagement and acquisition.

  • Partnering with the EMEA Integrated Media function to execute a local paid media strategy in partnership with agency partners.

  • Preparing for and conducting monthly read-out / teardown sessions to evaluate the performance of key activations to inform the broader marketing team and further refine our strategy.
