The Jordan Design team is inspired by the Greatest of All Time and is focused on continuing to deliver product that is made and engineered to the exact specification of championship athletes. On and off the court, we want our consumers and athletes to feel confident in the way they look and feel, the same way the greatest player who ever played the game felt every time he laced up his J’s. Jordan Design is a high-performance team that works together, pushes the boundaries, and always stays focused on delivering the best product for the consumer. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll partner with teams across FBAT (Football, Baseball, Athletic Training) and Golf, collaborating with design, operations, and leadership to bring concepts to life. You’ll report to the Senior Design Director and partner closely with Apparel & Footwear Directors, cross-functional teams, and external collaborators. This role fosters a collaborative environment where diverse visions come to life and includes mentoring and growing the design team.

We’re seeking a visionary Graphics Design Director with a profound understanding of fashion, elevated craft, and high taste level. This leader combines strong graphic and print skills with forward-thinking creativity to develop groundbreaking perspectives in the collaboration space. They possess the vision to inspire and lead a creative team, along with the collaborative spirit and flexibility to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant design work experience in a related field
- Mastery of illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory
- Proficiency in digital design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D capabilities
- Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams under high-pressure environments
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You’ll lead the charge in creating groundbreaking design directions that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. Your work will translate the visions of partners and the brand into impactful graphics and prints for apparel and footwear that stand out globally.

- Ensure alignment with brand objectives while pushing creative boundaries
- Present design intent clearly to internal and external audiences
