WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will lead a team across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids account sales in the West region, reporting to senior sales leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, and Human Resources to drive aligned strategies, elevate execution, and strengthen marketplace partnerships.

- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing key wholesale or retail accounts
- Strong financial acumen including forecasting, profitability analysis, and scenario planning
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strategic partnerships

- Lead and scale account strategies across key partners, aligning to Nike’s brand and commercial priorities
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders to influence decisions and unlock growth
- Drive end-to-end business planning including revenue targets, forecasting, profitability, and scenario modeling
- Partner with Product, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to deliver compelling assortments and premium consumer experiences
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of account sales professionals across the region
- Collaborate with Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure disciplined execution and operational excellence
- Champion best-in-class account management practices that elevate retail performance and brand presentation
