Nike Signature Services deliver a brand defining portfolio of services that create must visit appeal at scale. These services increase consumer reach and impact, amplify brand moments and drive consistency, quality and profitability.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Through the execution of your role, you will engage with diverse partners and project managers from other internal departments such as Partner Stores Management, Brand Creative, Global/EMEA Retail Marketing, Merchandising, Retail directors, Senior Retail managers and Nike store teams. You will also engage with external vendors and agencies on behalf of Nike.

We’re looking for a Specialist, Signature Services. The successful candidate will support in the execution and activation of Signature Services like Nike by You and Jersey by You through Nike Stores.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Reporting to the Director, Signature Services, you will collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to execute and activate Nike Signature Services across EMEA. Your missions will consist of:

  • Driving the activation and strategic evolution of Signature Services in close partnership with Retail Marketing, Brand, Sport teams, and physical stores across both seasonal campaigns and ongoing, campaign-agnostic initiatives.
  • Developing innovative, product-centric customization experiences and consumer journeys that directly reflect consumer needs, core brand narratives, and major product investments.
  • Serving as the central point of contact to bring the overarching service vision to life across major sport, cultural, and local city-team events with a heavy focus on customization integration.
  • Monitoring overall project progress, tracking milestones, and proactively executing interventions as needed to ensure all critical deadlines and deliverables are met.

Leading efficient cross-functional meetings by establishing clear agendas and collecting highly actionable, decision-driven notes to keep teams aligned.
