IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST  

• Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution) . 

• Be available for a 6-month fulltime (40h/weekly) internship starting February 1st, 2026 . 

• Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL)  

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality.  

• You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.  

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will become part of the Corporate Retail Store Operations team working on meaningful projects with different stakeholders across all levels and be part of the EMEA Internship program. Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll work on:

• You will support the Corporate Retail Store Operations team in all aspects of training delivery including enrolment, attendance management and administrative organization and post event recapping.
• Supporting with innovative ways of training delivery and tracking using digital platforms and in real experiences.
• Planning tools and collaborating with our various stakeholders on progress and deliverables of training programs.
• You will continually find ways to improve the learning experience through effective and efficient coordination.
