WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a Local Creation team, we are welcoming 2 Lead Product Line Managers – Apparel, EMEA Local Creation.

In these roles, you will work closely with cross-functional partners across Product Management, Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Business Integration, and Finance, Costing as well as account-facing stakeholders. You will shape product strategies that are brand-right, consumer-relevant, and executable within the Local Creation model. The roles have a direct reporting line into the Senior Manager, Product Line Management – Apparel, Local Creation EMEA.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

In these roles, you will lead the Apparel agenda within EMEA Local Creation. These roles require product instincts, strong marketplace understanding, and the ability to turn consumer, account, and brand insights into clear product opportunities. You know how to bring focus in a fast-moving environment, connect cross-functional inputs, and drive decisions that deliver commercially relevant, brand-right product.

The roles blend product strategy, operating model development, and end-to-end execution. You bring deep knowledge of the product creation process, strong product judgement, and the ability to turn speed opportunities into clear actions that serve both the business and the consumer. You are comfortable working in ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and balancing consumer relevance, feasibility, timing, and commercial impact.

You bring a balance of strategic thinking, product acumen, and executional rigor. You are comfortable shaping line direction, building and executing briefs, and managing trade-offs across timing, margin, and product integrity. You foster effective teamwork, value different perspectives and you build trust through clarity, strong judgement, and the ability to move teams toward aligned outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product line management, merchandising, or product creation within apparel, with proven ownership of apparel strategy and execution.

  • Strong understanding of consumer, product, marketplace dynamics, and commercial scale.

  • Ability to build product briefs, manage line plans, and guide product decisions across seasons.

  • Well-established cross-functional influencing skills and ability to align teams around priorities and trade-offs.

  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments where speed, clarity, and cross-functional alignment are essential.

  • Experience building new ways of working or improving cross-functional processes to drive speed and consistency.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • You will lead the Apparel product agenda for EMEA Local Creation, translating marketplace opportunities into clear product direction and helping deliver product that is relevant, distinctive, and on time.

  • Lead the Apparel product strategy for EMEA Local Creation across seasonal and speed-led opportunities

  • Build and guide product briefs, line plan inputs, and seasonal recommendations grounded in marketplace and consumer insight

  • Represent the Apparel point of view in cross-functional forums and align teams around clear around immediate priorities and long-term direction

  • Own line planning inputs, product prioritization, and seasonal recommendations and manage trade-offs across timing, cost, product integrity, and operational feasibility to maintain focus and effectiveness

  • Represent the Apparel product point of view in cross-functional forums and align stakeholders

These positions will be posted until 31st July. After this date, we will assess applications and share feedback. Interviews will start in August.
