WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report to Site Leader, India Technology Center.

Work closely with other organizations and programs such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Communications, Government Public Affairs, Strategy, Global Places & Services, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Procurement.  In addition, you will partner with leaders at other Distributed Locations and Nike’s Geography Headquarters.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a key contributor in the India Technology Center, with 5-10 years of experience in handling Business Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will be guided by the expectations outlined in the Job Description document, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and performance outcomes.

You will:

  • Lead Business Operations, Budget Management, and Daily Site Operations to support distributed technology teams

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable the Technology Center, facilitating meetings to align tech teams and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Establish and manage operational rhythms and KPIs that reflect the health and performance of the site.

  • Lead the site’s governance model, ensuring effective leadership, decision-making, and accountability at local and global senior leadership levels.

  • Lead without authority—setting direction and influencing outcomes from the frontlines.

  • Oversee site ramp-up and operations, ensuring scalable growth and foundational capabilities in sync with WHQ demand.

  • Engage with industry networks to promote the site and stay informed on macroeconomic and local trends.

  • Support annual planning cycles from both business and financial perspectives.

  • Collaborate with HR to define and promote a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), including competitive compensation and engagement strategies.

  • Work with Procurement and GPS to manage staffing partnerships, headcount forecasting, and space allocation.

  • Conduct regular operational reviews and communicate progress across workstreams using project management rigor.

  • Act as a facilitator and relationship builder across teams to identify improvements and solve problems.

  • Use data analysis and BI tools to support business cases, performance reporting, and operational excellence.

  • Create presentations and reports to communicate the value and performance of Global Operations Center (GOC) Operations.

  • Establish governance structures and provide program management support to ensure efficient operations.

  • Partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting, advocating for site needs with WHQ leaders.

  • Run program operational rhythms and reviews, managing ITC program tracks and communicating status updates effectively.
