WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the APLA Merchandising Business Integration Director and leads a team of Merchandising Information Analysts. The team operates at the center of merchandising execution, connecting Geo and territory teams. This role partners closely across Merchandising, Global Business Integration, Data Governance, Planning, Technology, Nike Direct, and Sales to keep the season on track.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a leader who thrives in complexity and turns it into clarity. This individual understands how systems, teams, and timelines connect and takes ownership of improving how they work together. They lead with precision, maintain a high standard for data integrity, and act quickly when execution is at risk.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline and a deep understanding of merchandising processes across seasonal milestones. They build trust across functions, influence without authority, and keep teams aligned through change. They are equally skilled at developing talent, navigating ambiguity, solving problems, and driving decisions forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Operations, Analytics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, operations, or related fields
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of merchandising processes and seasonal timelines
  • Experience with MerchMAN X (MMX) and Audio Visual (AV) systems preferred
  • Willing to work in Beaverton, Oregon

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the execution engine behind APLA merchandising, ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and ready to power seasonal decisions. You will connect teams, tools, and timelines—keeping information flowing and the business moving forward with confidence.

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of Merchandising Information Analysts, building capability and accountability across the function
  • Own end-to-end product line plan data accuracy, ensuring key details such as pricing, product offer dates, and timelines are correct in systems
  • Build and run clear sub-processes aligned to merchandising and planning milestones, ensuring readiness at every gate
  • Partner across Merchandising, Planning, Data Governance, and Technology to align processes and enable seamless seasonal execution
  • Act as the point of accountability when issues arise, bringing together the right partners to resolve problems and keep teams on track
  • Oversee Merch Lab and seasonal sample operations, ensuring readiness for key milestones and business needs
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, reducing friction, and simplifying how teams work together
