As the Manager, Integrated retail, you’ll shape and amplify Nike’s elevated presence throughout a diverse marketplace portfolio in the UK & Ireland, with London shining as the epicentre.
You’ll inspire and advance a team of aspiring retail marketing leaders, empowering them to bring our distinctive sport visions and dynamic marketing plans to life, season after season - championing creativity, innovation and unforgettable consumer engagement at every turn. By advocating for exceptional brand presence, you will fuel the excellence vital for Nike to flourish in one of the world’s most vibrant and influential countries, setting the gold standard for retail marketing progress and pioneering innovation in our industry.
Based in London, you'll become an integral part of the UK & Ireland Integrated Retail Marketing team, where sport, culture and community converge, reporting directly to the Integrated Retail Marketing Director.
Your mission:
Strategic thought partner, collaborating to shape the UK&I Integrated Marketplace marketing vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with Nike’s key sports.
Drive distinction through partner positioning, ensuring Nike’s Brand Standards are consistently and powerfully represented at every marketplace touchpoint.
Lead seasonal planning and execution with a focus on innovation, key sporting moments, athlete engagement, and cultural catalysts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Nike teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors.
Consumer and retail obsessed, gathering insights from the ground and sharing them with EMEA/Global teams to help refine Nike’s long-term strategy.
Team leadership, empowering and inspiring a passionate team to grow, collaborate, and deliver their best work.
Who’ll you work with.
You’ll be a core member of the Integrated retail marketing team partnering closely with the Sport brand teams and the cross functional retail and sales teams collaborating at times, with coms, sports marketing, energy marketing and brand creative to deliver the most elevated plans.
You’ll stay closely connected to the EMEA Integrated Retail Marketing team and at times work with Global partners to ensure consistency and impact.

You’ll bring
Strategic brand leadership. Proven ability to shape strategy and deliver cross functional marketing at scale.
Consumer expertise deep understanding of the UK&I consumer landscape, with the ability to translate insights into powerful, culturally resonant brand and marketplace connections.
Team leadership. Experience in building, inspiring and developing diverse teams fostering creativity and accountability to achieve ambitious outcomes
Relationship management. Strong capability to build and sustain partnerships with external organisations that elevate Nike’s brand presence.
Data-driven decision making. Skilled at leveraging local insights, market & sales data & cultural knowledge to construct and refine retail brand strategies.
Energy, empathy, and curiosity, always seeking new ways to elevate the Nike sport marketplace and unlock future growth.
