WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

NIKE BY YOU (NBY) is Nike’s 1:1 product co-creation customization service. It amplifies Nike’s best products with digital experiences and marketing journey, which enables consumers to use Nike’s product to create their own personalized designs. As the Senior Order Fulfilment Analyst, you will sit in the NBY Supply Chain team, reporting into the NBY Order Fulfilment Senior Manager. You will work with cross functional teams in Beaverton, Europe and Asia. These teams include Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Planning, Factory Partners, Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Consumer Services, Transportation and Technology.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a proactive, analytical problem solver with a strong sense of ownership who is comfortable using data to solve business problems and drive efficiency and automation. Having a collaborative mindset along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is also critical.

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Supply Chain, Business, Planning or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or relevant industries with an emphasis on root-cause analysis using insights & analytics
• Intermediate to Advanced experience (4+ years) querying and analyzing data in enterprise data environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata and/or SQL Server. Candidate should have experience writing code in both SQL and Python or other coding languages
• Intermediate to Advanced experience (4+ years) developing interactive visualizations in Tableau utilizing data visualization industry best-practices to succinctly display insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SAP preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of leadership within the organization
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand Nike's business strategy and identify opportunities for process improvements that support strategic objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Nike By You Senior Order Fulfilment Analyst you will obsess the consumer fulfilment experience and use data and analytics to identify and drive improvement opportunities to meet strategic goals. You will:

• Own and drive the KPI framework, focused on delivering against the consumer promise pillars of service, convenience, cost and sustainability.
• Mine and explore data sources to build analyses and data findings with clear action points to improve performance against KPI targets
• Build visuals to manage KPI performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities
• Driving Nike By You business success with an emphasis on operational excellence to deliver a premium digital experience to our consumers
