WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are looking to fill several roles in our North America Ops Process and Solutions Enablement (PASE) team, embedded within the Process Excellence pillar. You will report to a Director of Process Excellence and work alongside Lead Process Analysts and fellow Process Analysts across one of our value streams: Distribution, Order Capture and Promise, Inventory Deployment, Supply, or Demand. Your key business partners span Trade and Transportation, Distribution Center Operations, Marketplace Supply Chain, Planning Management, and Finance/Controlling. On the technology side, you’ll collaborate with Production Support, Supply Chain Product Technology (SCPT), and Supply Chain Engineering (SEC).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Process Analyst II with a bias for action, a process improvement mindset, strong analytical skills, and a growing understanding of how planning decisions translate into operational outcomes. The ideal candidate collaborates across internal teams and technology partners, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You should be comfortable working in a matrixed environment, managing data integrity, documenting processes, and supporting testing and training for capability deployments. You bring curiosity, attention to detail, and the communication skills to partner effectively across functions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning, Allocations, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, order management, planning, distribution, or process management with emphasis on data analysis and process improvement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (required).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or similar); familiarity with planning systems, WMS, TMS, or order management platforms is a plus.
  • SQL and/or Python (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools and automation to accelerate work (nice to have).

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will contribute to process documentation, testing, and continuous improvement across your assigned value stream, with a specific focus on planning-to-execution workflows. You’ll help ensure planning assumptions are well understood, data is reliable, and downstream execution teams are set up for success.

  • Contribute to L3–L5 process documentation creation, including planning processes, planning-to-execution handoffs, business process maps, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality data across ERP and related systems; resolve exceptions with a risk mitigation focus and follow through to root cause closure.
  • Lead testing execution for capability deployments and new business activations; support participating business end-users through the testing process.
  • Contribute to training material development and delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the value stream.
  • Execute the change toolkit and prepare artifacts to support smooth capability rollouts and hypercare periods.
  • Deliver recurring, relevant, and accurate data and insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to your team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, DC Operations, Technology, and external vendors to drive process improvements and resolve issues.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and manual work; recommend corrective actions and explore opportunities to streamline through automation or AI tools.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
