WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

This role requires a high degree of judgment, accountability, and collaboration, along with the ability to influence across a complex global stakeholder landscape including Finance, Controlling, Technology, and shared service partners. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, making prioritization decisions that balance operational stability with transformation objectives.

Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology
Proficiency in business communication tools and verbal/written communication to promote conceptual understanding and mobilize change through data driven storytelling
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
Partner with the Finance S/4 Run Organization to ensure effective operational execution, issue triage, and stabilization of S/4 deployed capabilities
Drive disciplined prioritization of run, fix, and enhance work to safeguard operational health and business continuity
In partnership with the R2R Global Process Owner (GPO), translate SFBS strategic priorities into aligned, executable R2R roadmaps
Serve as the appointed R2R representative for Technology S/4 prioritization, ensuring business outcomes, control requirements, and process integrity drive technology decisions
Collaborate closely with Technology, ERP platform teams, and Finance stakeholders to deliver enterprise aligned outcomes
Ensure system and process changes align with Nike’s long-term architecture, control standards, and enterprise roadmap
