ABOUT THIS POSITION

This position will oversee Brand Marketing for Running & Training in the Nordics, working with the EMEA and Central brand marketing teams on a 12 month fixed term contract. As the Nordics Senior Supervisor, you will report to the Germany & Nordics Running & Training Brand Marketing lead and collaborate with the EMEA Running & Training teams at the European Headquarters. You will also manage one direct report based in Stockholm.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced and driven brand marketeer with a genuine passion for Running & Training. As a proactive self-leader, you will bring proven expertise in project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. You must possess strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to translate consumer insights into impactful brand opportunities. Adaptability, innovative thinking, and a commitment to executional excellence are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A successful candidate brings:

  • Experience in brand and/or brand functional management, with a strong focus on cross- functional marketing.
  • Track record of development and timely execution of marketing brand plans. Proven ability to drive, influence, execute and hindsight marketing plans.
  • Love For the Sport: Strong understanding of and passion for Running & Training and its wider culture.
  • Consumer Journeys: A deep understanding of our key consumer in the Nordics (Focus Copenhagen and Stockholm) and the ability to turn insights into action to build cohesive plans across Nike’s full marketing channel mix.
  • Core Marketing Skills: Ability to independently utilize knowledge, skills, and abilities to drive projects, resolve complex problems & navigate cross functional teamwork.
  • Enterprise thinking: Ability to foster effective teamwork, promote team spirit and experience in leading others
  • Relationship management:  Proven experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with individuals and organisations, aligned to Nike’s strategic objectives

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Create and manage marketing plans for key Running & Training initiatives, in close collaboration with the cross-functional Running & Training team.
  • Lead the marketing plans and execution for key sports events such as CPH Marathon & Half 2026.
  • Develop innovative, consumer-focused ideas that enhance Nike's brand presence in line with our strategy.
  • Maintain and manage key relationships on the ground.
  • Provide Nordic-specific insights to the Geo cross-functional teams to improve strategic planning for Running & Training.
