WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking a curious, culture-savvy and data-obsessed specialist to join us in shaping the future of SNKRS in EMEA. You’re fluent in digital platforms, passionate about sneakers, and love the sweet spot of art and science. You will play a key role in ensuring that the right content and experience shows up for our members – on time, in the right place, and with the right quality.

This is an exciting opportunity for a go-getter who has a few years of experience in digital analytics, planning or e-commerce, who is ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.  You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Platforms to support the execution of campaigns and optimize our consumer journeys.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Hands-on experience in digital analytics or planning, e-commerce, platform experience or digital marketing
  • Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and user journeys—experience with merchandising, navigation, or UX is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Experience with tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a bonus
  • Understanding of retail KPIs and digital performance metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • A team-first attitude and a passion for sport, fashion, and digital innovation

YOUR IMPACT

As a Digital Platform Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of Nike’s SNKRS offense—helping to deliver seamless member experiences, track performance, and lead our experiments to test and learn with agility. You’ll be hands-on with tools, data dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration, helping to drive both engagement and business results.

You’ll report to the Senior Director of SNKRS and although this is an Individual Contributor role, you will sit within a high-performing Platform team to partner with across several exciting initiatives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the launch of seasonal content, campaigns, and products across Nike’s digital platforms
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure smooth linking journeys and campaign execution
  • Monitor site performance and consumer behavior, using tools to track traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the member experience through data and UX insights
  • Contribute to testing and experimentation efforts aimed at boosting engagement and retention
  • Assist in preparing reports and insights to support team planning and leadership decision-making
  • Work with global and local teams to help roll out new features and capabilities
