As our Head Coach your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will be focused on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. You will drive and inspire your team to process stock efficiently and to ensure that the back-of-house environment mirrors the unique energy, passion and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor, creating a welcoming environment in the store to provide a unique shopping experience to our consumers. You will manage store budgets and operations to reach sales targets, optimize services and improve consumer satisfaction. As Head Coach will ensure that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

What you bring:
- Enthusiasm and passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
- Experience in retail positions managing all daily activities within the operational areas of the store (including cash office, H&S policy and procedures, scheduling and planning)
- Very good command of both English and Italian (written and spoken) is required
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
- Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
- Strong focus on communication
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
