WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Supply Chain Ops Specialist for Nike Direct Stores, this person starts with the consumer in mind. They drive operational excellence to support Nike Direct Stores through transactional and executional activities across relevant Nike systems, tools, and reports. They meet financial and operational targets while advancing Nike’s strategy. They apply operational knowledge, analytical insight, and critical thinking to deliver on every pillar of the Consumer Promise—Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability.

This person brings deep subject matter expertise in end-to-end store supply chain operations. They simplify complexity and communicate key insights effectively to leaders and stakeholders across Supply Chain and the Nike Direct Stores team. They keep stores and partners informed of risks and opportunities and collaborate actively to identify optimal supply chain and commercial solutions.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
• Focus deeply on Nike Direct Stores Supply Chain KPIs daily and carry out order management actions to plan and deliver product to Nike Direct Stores across EMEA
• Ensure accurate and timely product flow by collaborating with Planning, Distribution, Transportation, and store teams
• Build strong partnerships with stores and cross-functional teams, delivering customer service excellence with a consumer-first mindset while supporting Nike Direct Stores Strategy
• Represent Supply Chain Operations within the Nike Stores cross-functional team, leading and influencing peers to support a balanced marketplace, shared-value growth, and effective inventory management
• Conduct KPI root cause analysis and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates for Supply Chain and Nike Direct Stores leadership
• Provide subject matter expertise for scenario planning and preparation for seasonal transitions, key retail moments, and new store openings
• Bring an improvement mindset to identify and lead small-scale initiatives using project management tools
• Serve as a driver of positive change for transformation initiatives by contributing hands-on support and both quantitative and qualitative feedback


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role operates in a cross-functional, agile environment across EMEA to support the supply chain needs of the Nike Direct Stores marketplace. This person partners closely with Allocation, Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Finance. They also work daily with stores, external partners, carrier networks, and Nike’s logistics teams.

 

WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience aligned with the responsibilities of supply chain management and/or retail-related functions
• Ability to drive service excellence and make sound prioritization decisions during critical moments
• Innovative mindset with a record of leading and delivering process improvements
• Strong analytical and scenario planning skills to support a results-driven approach
• Relationship-building and influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver best-in-class customer service
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
• Digital literacy, including MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
• Prior experience collaborating with partners in supply chain or operations is preferred
