This athlete of operations brings the ability to see around corners, translate complexity into clarity, and build trust with factory partners across the Americas. They connect insights across functions, assess risk in real time, and lead with a problem‑solving mindset. They know how to navigate both executive conversations and day‑to‑day operations. With an instinct for collaboration and a drive to serve the marketplace, this person moves work forward with purpose and keeps delivery momentum strong.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in order management, purchasing, operations, planning, manufacturing, project management, or related fields; experience in production/manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or AI‑enabled tools preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of apparel manufacturing ecosystems preferred; Spanish language skills helpful but not required.
  • Open to work in the Americas region.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll own the operational heartbeat of delivery execution—driving capacity accuracy, elevating partner performance, and ensuring Nike product moves with speed and confidence to the marketplace.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with Partner Managers to validate and manage seasonal factory capacity, ensuring offered capacity aligns to demand and adjusts as business needs evolve.
  • Lead delivery execution with a clear operational cadence, data‑driven insights, and rapid exception management to achieve 95%+ on‑time delivery.
  • Build and maintain tactical and leadership‑level relationships with key Nike suppliers across the Americas region.

  • Act as the primary liaison to resolve issues across domestic transportation, product creation, development, costing, DC operations, MPO, and Supply & Inventory Planning.
  • Elevate factory operational capability through ongoing problem‑solving, coaching, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure product flows smoothly from production start through marketplace delivery.
