WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Key Sports team within Corporate Services, collaborating closely with internal Nike stakeholders (Sales, MPO, Supply Chain, Marketing) and external partners to support operational excellence and strategic planning.
The Key Sports team plays a central role in supporting sales operations, business analysis, and field activation. The apprentice will report to the team manager and collaborate with cross functional teams to execute seasonal and weekly deliverables.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical master’s student who is passionate about sports and teamwork. The ideal candidate is rigorous, organized, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills in both French and English are essential to navigate internal and external relationships effectively.
This is a 2 year apprenticeship contract starting in September 2025.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
- Prior experience in sales is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Fluency in English and French
- Self-starter who thrives working independently as well as part of a team
- A passion for sport and an eagerness to learn and contribute
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll contribute directly to Nike’s sales performance by supporting operational processes and analytical tools that drive business decisions. Your work will strengthen relationships with key partners and improve strategic execution across multiple sport categories.
- Own and manage the replenishment process with partners and the Nike MPO team
- Support sales operations: organize “Fair days,” manage samples, and coordinate product assortment uploads
- Update and enhance Sell-in and Sell-out tracking tools (scorecards, orderbooks, turnover/margin files)
- Assist in strategy building with partners for Running, Football, and Training categories
- Help organize marketing events and trade campaigns
- Redesign and maintain seasonal recap tools and internal data handbooks
- Create and improve ad-hoc business monitoring file
