WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will join the Global Sales Partner Engagement team, who is responsible for helping foster and
energize relationships with wholesale retail partners through the future of Nike Sport Innovation, ensuring we are engaging with our partners in the right way, at the right moments
This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely within Global and Geography Sport cross functional teams, inclusive of Sales, Brand, Product and Merchandising. This role will also work closely with Geo Sales and Go To Market (GTM) teams

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an energetic and collaborative individual to join a team of highly creative, attentive, and process focused leaders driving Nike’s efforts to engage, inspire and deepen our collaboration with critical marketplace partners. This teammate will be a trusted member of the team responsible for driving Nike’s partner engagement at high visibility moments that are critical to the long-term health of our business and partnerships. They bring a tactical and operational mindset to drive processes and cross functional work
back plans with sharp attention to detail. They are a self-starter with a proven ability to track multiple workstreams and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in event planning, operations, marketing, or sales
  • Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Ability to navigate across all levels of senior leadership
  • Skilled at building and nurturing strong, inclusive relationships with colleagues and partners, demonstrating professionalism and trust in all high-profile interactions
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments
  • Strong project and crisis management, agile problem solver
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, KeyNote/Power Point, Miro, Outlook
     

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you’ll be supporting Partner Summits (such as with Running, Sportswear, Specialty and Energy accounts, Global Sporting Moments such as World Cup and Olympics), Partner Top-To-Top Meetings (T2T), Key Product Engagements (KAPE) and Global Sales Summits to name a few. This role will work closely with our Lead, Global Sales Experience teammate to help ideate, plan, collaborate and execute premium events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global Sales to plan and execute external Partner Moments like Summits, T2T and KAPE
  • Support management of Hotel Sourcing/Contracting, Attendee Lists and Registration, Space Design, Production, Live Presentation, Transportation, Food & Beverage, Amenities, Athlete and VIP movements, Billing, Vendor Management
  • Support agenda development and execution, drive operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with Global Sport Teams in their participation of Partner Moments, help support their objectives and strategic needs while managing internal spend
  • Facilitate and drive best practice sharing across Geos
  • Help manage complex work streams across Geos and cross functionally
