At Nike, Sportswear sits at the intersection of sport, style, culture, and community. As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Sportswear, France, you will play a critical role in shaping how Nike connects with consumers in one of the world's most influential cultural markets.
 

Based in Paris, you will lead the Sportswear brand vision for France, translating global direction into locally relevant storytelling, campaigns, consumer experiences, and cultural connections that strengthen Nike's place at the center of youth culture. Through a deep understanding of the consumer and the cultural landscape, you will help create work that inspires, influences, and drives lasting brand impact.
 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
 

As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Sportswear, France, you will report to the Senior Director, Marketing, France, and lead a team of passionate brand marketers dedicated to driving the Sportswear business and brand across the marketplace.
 

You will partner closely with teams across France Marketing, EMEA Nike Sportswear, Global Marketing, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Integrated Retail Marketing, Communications, Digital Creative, and Social Community & Impact to deliver connected, consumer-led brand experiences.
 

As a member of the France marketing leadership team, you will collaborate with senior leaders across functions to shape priorities, influence plans, and ensure excellence in execution. Your ability to build relationships, align diverse stakeholders, and foster collaboration will be essential to success.
 

You will also maintain strong connections with the EMEA Nike Sportswear team and, when needed, Global partners, ensuring local relevance while contributing to broader brand priorities and strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
 

As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Sportswear, France, you will lead the Sportswear brand vision in France, shaping how Nike connects with consumers through culturally relevant storytelling, innovative campaigns, impactful retail experiences, and authentic community engagement.
 

You will translate global and EMEA priorities into locally meaningful plans that strengthen Nike's connection to sport, style, sneaker culture, and youth culture across France. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will build integrated strategies that deliver consistent and compelling consumer experiences across every touchpoint.
 

You will stay close to the consumer and the culture - spending time in communities, retail environments, and influential cultural spaces to understand emerging behaviors, identify opportunities, and uncover insights that sharpen strategy and storytelling.
 

You will build strong relationships with athletes, creators, tastemakers, partners, and cultural communities, ensuring Nike shows up authentically and meaningfully where culture is being shaped.
 

As a leader, you will guide and develop a high-performing team, creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued, creativity thrives, and ambitious work can flourish.


You will also serve as a trusted thought partner to the Senior Director, Marketing, France, bringing consumer insight, cultural perspective, and strategic recommendations that help shape the future of Sportswear and drive brand impact across the territory.
