This role connects across functions and geographies, working with internal teammates and external vendors to bring innovative material concepts to life while delivering high-quality, consumer-focused products.

We’re looking for a Senior Materials Developer who blends creativity with technical expertise and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You bring a deep understanding of footwear construction and materials, combined with strong project management skills to guide ideas from concept to production. You’re a proactive problem solver who contributes confidently in cross-functional discussions and drives innovation through materials, textiles, trims, and graphics.

You communicate clearly, influence with credibility, and embrace diverse perspectives. You stay curious about trends and technologies and continuously seek opportunities to elevate product quality, sustainability, and performance.
