The role of Jordan North America Business Integration team is to drive a new level of strategic execution and enterprise leadership to serve consumers and execute flawlessly across our Marketplace and accelerate Jordan Brand Greatness.
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

We are looking for our next All-Star MVP to level up the game in Jordan NA Marketplace Business Integration and help deliver “Greatness” through Marketplace planning and execution.

As a Specialist II, Marketplace Business Integration, are a member of the Jordan NA Marketplace Business Integration team focused on supporting and enabling the Jordan NA Marketplace team to deliver flawless go to market execution for Jordan Brand across Jordan NMP Partners and Nike Direct. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Business Integration & Marketing teams to execute key account moments and support Marketplace teams in executing key seasonal CODE moments through improved processes, tools, and capabilities.

This role will report to the Sr Manager, Marketplace Business Integration within Jordan NA, and work closely with Marketplace leadership in support of key partner moments and events.   

The ideal candidate will bring a process and growth mindset, project management, organizational skills with an attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills and effective collaboration are must-have skills, and seasonal go to market process knowledge and cross-functional experience are also important elements.
 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
 

You will work with the Jordan Marketplace team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to organize, prepare for, and deliver priority Marketplace seasonal moments as part of the Consumer CODE process, including GTM, KAPM, and MR (Marketplace Readiness).

You will also drive the creation of a consistent seasonal framework for external partner moments including Top2Top Meetings and provide practical support in the planning and execution of key partner engagement moments. You will be operating and defining best practices and identifying and actioning continuous process improvement opportunities to drive next level go to market planning & execution for Jordan North America marketplace.

 WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
 

You will report to the Sr Manager, Marketplace Business Integration within Jordan NA, and work closely with the Jordan Marketplace Sales and Direct Teams, Global Jordan Marketplace Business Integration and your counterparts within Nike NA Marketplace and PGTM teams. You will also engage with key cross-functional stakeholders across the Jordan Sport teams, and with relevant stakeholders in NA Nike Marketplace, CODE, and external Partners.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketplace Business Integrations execution
  • Support Sr. Manager, Marketplace Business Integration and SSD Leads, and x-Sport Marketplace teams on seasonal planning & execution across multi-season basis
  • Meeting planning and execution for Partner Top2Top meetings (between Jordan Marketplace leadership and Account partner leadership teams), supporting Sr Manager and SSD Leads
  • Manage Jordan NA Marketplace samples process including ensuring sample readiness & availability for key moments (GTM/KAPM), partnering with NA Merch, PGTM, and Global Jordan teams to track and improve seasonal sample readiness
  • Event and logistics executional support GTM / KAPM meetings, supporting Sr. Manager, Marketplace Business Integration
  • Coordination with Nike NA PGTM team on seasonal execution across Nike and Jordan Brands for NMP Accounts
  • Maintain seasonal Jordan NA Marketplace Business Integration calendars, tools, and process documentation

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation, with continuous improvement mindset  
  • Project and/or portfolio management skills
  • Fosters effective teamwork, ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder sets
  • Event planning, execution, and logistics expertise
  • Ability to navigate tools & develop templates & tools in support of Marketplace operational excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence across and up
  • Jordan Brand, Nike Inc Marketplace / Sales, and/or cross-functional go to market knowledge and experience is preferred
