Role & Responsibility:
Lead negotiation with Landlord to achieve winning location for NIKE NSP projects, including opening new stores and upgrading existing stores
Manage the strategic relationship with key landlords
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above with good language skill
5 years above Real Estate BD experience with strong negotiation skill; Retail industry background is highly appreciated
Leasing experience in leading Landlord is also preferred
Strong communication skill, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal process
Highly organized and detail oriented
A growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handling complicated projects
