WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Zalando Sales Director and work closely with the Sales team.

Internally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sports Teams, Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Marketing, Marketplace Supply Chain, and Finance.

Externally, you will build strong relationships with Zalando Buying and Merchandising teams within your sport to optimize business performance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for 2 Lead Partner Representatives (Kids & TRN) to join the Zalando team, contributing to the growth and elevation of the Nike business with our largest digital partner in EMEA.

The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, strong people and analytical skills, and is eager to learn and develop. They are excited to be part of a people-focused, talented, motivated, and business-driven team.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

  • Experience in sales, account management, merchandising, and/or planning

  • An analytical mindset, with confidence in using data and digital tools

  • Ability to lead and drive projects

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will own defined commercial, assortment, and planning topics for your sport, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth and premium consumer experiences.

We are hiring for two sports: one role will lead Kids and the other will lead Training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner and relationship management with buyer-level counterparts

  • Commercial execution, owning your sport from sell-in through sell-out

  • Business planning and seasonal forecasting, identifying risks and pursuing opportunities in line with Sports Team targets

  • Leveraging sales data and digital tools to optimize sport performance

  • Optimizing trade and driving seasonal At-Once and Always Available business

  • Assortment ownership aligned to consumer-led merchandising frameworks

  • Delivering strong digital consumer experiences together with Marketing and Zalando counterparts

  • Leading and driving projects to improve the consumer experience or sell-in process for the full team
