The annual base salary for this position ranges from $102,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $209,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Lead, Activation Analyst, you’ll work on the Org Transformation Solutions (OTS) team within People Solutions and report to the Director, Org Transformation. You will partner with business HR, Global Process Delivery, Payroll, People Solutions Consulting, Center of Excellence (COE’s), and a large group of cross functional stakeholders throughout the business.  You will also work closely and partner with the Transformation Consultants and HR Data Specialists on the OTS Team.

  • Open to work in Remote (U.S.) or preferred location Portland, OR (PHK)

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, data analytics, or technical data operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a closely related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • Strong understanding of HR systems, including Workday

  • Experience using Smartsheets and ServiceNow

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel)

  • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple competing priorities

  • Excellent business consultative skills

  • Strong data analysis capabilities with a focus on HR data

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Able to analyze and identify potential solutions to drive projects to completion

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for supporting the Activation phase of work for Org Transformation.  In partnership with Business HR, you will be responsible for coordinating work across People Solutions, COE’s, and other key partners to bring new organizational structures to life. You will lead cross-functional team meetings to provide project updates and share timelines, coordinate data audits and reviews with COE Partners, partner with Business HR and People Solutions Consulting to prepare leaders and coordinate employee conversation delivery, and work with Global Process Delivery to implement the new org structure in Workday.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Consult with BHR to provide guidance on timelines and represent risks on behalf of key activation partners.

  • Coordinate reviews, audits, and tasks across the project team and ensure deadlines are met and the project remains on track.

  • Partner with Transformation Consultants and HR Data Specialists to maintain accurate data throughout the Activation Phase.

  • Lead meetings with cross-functional project teams to share updates and track risks.

  • Facilitate Activation readiness sessions with Business HR and COEs.

  • Provide an array of Activation reporting to Business HR and Senior Leaders
