The Global Data Foundations team sits within the Global Planning Analytics group at Converse. The Team is responsible for propelling Converse Planning + Analytics forward by building and maintaining best-in-class data products in partnership with the Converse Technology Team. Data plays a crucial role in all our operations at Converse!

Who We are Looking For

We are searching for a top candidate for Lead, Advanced Analytics, to join the Converse Global Planning Analytics team. We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive on tackling challenging business problems and is eager to make a significant impact with data driven insights. You have a solid foundation in technical skills and are comfortable collaborating with various teams to understand problems and effectively communicate results.

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics/Statistics or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5 years of experience working in a for-profit business; ex. Retail consumer brand, or fashion lifestyle brand.

  • Experience with data visualization tools as well as BI solutions like Tableau, Sigma, PowerBI, etc. Ability to visualize data and insights clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in SQL

  • Hands-on experience querying, accessing and working with data in multiple formats.

  • Experience building and implementing machine learning models to solve real-world business problems

  • Strong drive to address business challenges through simple, efficient, and automated solutions, regardless of using the latest models.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

  • You have an agile approach to developing and deploying solutions

  • You value collaboration and prioritize working effectively with others

What You’ll Work On

The role will support Converse’s centralized Planning Analytics group, reporting into the Senior Manager of Global Data Foundations. As part of Converse’s centralized Planning Analytics group, you’ll turn complex questions into clear, scalable solutions that drive better decisions across the business. You’ll partner closely with crossfunctional stakeholders, and collaborate with Geo teams, to prioritize highimpact use cases, streamline data products and standards, and embed insights into standardized reporting, seasonal plans and multiyear strategies. Your work will span forecasting, scenario modeling, and decision tooling—delivering pragmatic analytics that are built for adoption and measurable impact.

  • Frame & Build: Identify and shape highvalue analytical questions, then design pragmatic, scalable solutions to solve the biggest business problems

  • Standardize & Scale: Harmonize data products and definitions across Global and Geos (in partnership with Technology) so teams can make faster and better decisions

  • Inform Key Choices: Harness our data in the most efficient way to elevate planning outcomes and guide both seasonal plans and multiyear strategies

  • Drive Adoption: Land insights with clear storytelling for technical and nontechnical audiences, enabling confident decisionmaking and tracking impact over time
