The annual base salary for this position ranges from $103,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $211,600.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Lead, Apparel & Accessories Operations and Partner Integration to function as the central operating backbone for Converse Apparel & Accessories, owning the day-to-day operational integration of license partners, execution across enterprise systems, and support strategic progress of the Apparel and Accessories Business Director & General Manager.

This role is focused on enabling seasonal readiness, operational excellence, and day-to-day execution of Converse’s licensed business. Operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, project management, and governance, this role translates complex cross‑functional inputs into clear processes, milestones, and forums that keep the Apparel and Accessories business moving forward.

This role will support the integration and facilitation of complex relationships across Converse, multiple external license partners, and functional/regional teams—ensuring alignment, accountability, and clarity across seasons and enterprise moments.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Core Responsibilities​

  • Partner Integration & Governance (License Partners and External Parties)
  • Facilitates Integration and partnership within a complex Apparel & Accessories operating ecosystem,
  • Executes forums that function as the single source of truth for cross‑partner alignment, readiness tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitates structured working sessions with License Partners across:
  • Supply & Inventory Planning
  • Seasonal timing and workbacks
  • Readiness risks, escalation protocols, and handoffs
  • Establishes clear ownership, decision paths, and escalation mechanisms in collaboration with the Business Director and General Manager
  • Support special product, moment-based, and marketplace executions for Apparel and Accessories
  • Coordinating design/development inputs with license partners
  • Reviewing templates, briefs, and gating requirements.
  • Ensuring leadership has sufficient context to assess feasibility and make informed decisions

Seasonal Readiness & Milestone Management

  • Builds, maintains, and executes seasonal workbacks and decision calendars in partnership with Business Director, license partners, and cross‑functional teams
  • Surfaces early risk signals tied to timing, systems, or execution breakdowns—before they become commercial or marketplace issues
  • Ensures timely delivery and contextual review of key partner outputs (line plans, unit projections, catalogs, sample readiness) in partnership with product and business director
  • Supports the development of content and readiness narratives for enterprise forums and leadership reviews
  • Partners to prepare and positions Apparel & Accessories content for enterprise forums including GMC (Global Merchandising Council), GMR (Global Merch Review), and IBA (Integrated Business Alignment), ensuring:
  • Clear purpose and audience
  • Defined expectations and outputs
  • Alignment without late‑stage surprises

Process Design, Issue Resolution, & Execution Management

  • Leads development and business validation of standard operating procedures (e.g., ASN SOPs for Apparel & Accessories)
  • Defines escalation paths, ownership models, and issue‑resolution workflows across teams and partners
  • Drives process clarity that reflects how teams operate in practice, not just how systems are designed
  • Serves as the central clearinghouse for executional issues, including:
  • ASN and EDI discrepancies
  • Invoicing,  credit memo issues, etc.
  • Vendor packaging, carton, and labeling requirements
  • Coordinates cross‑functional investigations across Converse, license partners, and service providers to drive timely resolution and accountability

Communication, Documentation & Alignment

  • Owns meeting summaries, follow‑ups, and action tracking for IBA and related integration forums
  • Documents decisions, risks, open questions, and next steps to ensure organizational clarity and continuity
  • Converts discussions into actionable outcomes, not just alignment

This role typically reports to the Director of Converse Apparel and Accessories Business

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and build operating structure where none exists
  • Proven experience managing external license partners, with strong fluency in contractual relationships and complex operational integrations
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage performance metrics, data platforms, and testing methodologies to drive insight and decision‑making. Costing experience is a plus.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate compelling narratives and drive alignment across stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience partnering closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Product teams to enable strong cross‑functional integration and effective business execution
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams across seasonal calendars.
  • Passion for the Converse brand and deep cultural curiosity surrounding youth culture, dynamic marketplaces, and Apparel and Accessories.
