Who We Are Looking For
In this role, you will be part of the geo analytics team, dedicated to a portion of the Nike Sports Marketplace (NDDC, Nike Stores, Nike Sales) and responsible for delivering timely, actionable analyses tied to key functional and enterprise priorities.

Key Competencies & Skillset
- A strong quantitative background (Business, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science) and experience in Business Analytics
- Expertise in query/programming (SQL, Python), cloud-based analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Fluency in understanding and connecting marketplace KPIs (RSV, FPR, WOS) across internal and external sources
- Demonstrates independent, creative problem solving and innovative thinking
- Proven ability in creating strategic, influential storytelling verbally, visually and through written communication
- Proven track record of building collaborative stakeholder relationships and developing and executing strategic business processes within a large organization
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
What You’ll Work On
As a lead, applied analytics you are responsible for:
- Delivering timely, consistent, actionable analyses embedded into decision-making across multiple time-frames and retail moments. This work may be channel specific or holistic across the marketplace.
- Co-lead prioritization of projects with stakeholders and analytic leaders; Able to assign value or expected impact
- Lead E2E Marketplace analyses, evaluate risks/opportunities, progress against targets/geo priorities and translate analyses into recommendations.
- Develop trusting and collaborative relationships with your stakeholders
- Actively participate in functional meetings and act as a connector between analytics and our partners
This role will not be responsible for
- Building Reporting/ Business Intelligence products
- Data Engineering/ Maintenance
