You bring a mix of business intuition, quantitative expertise, and a strong ability to translate insights into strategic action. You’re confident engaging senior leaders with sharp points of view rooted in data and marketplace reality.
You anticipate stakeholder needs, quickly break down business challenges into clear problem statements, and lead initiatives end‑to‑end. You build trust, influence decisions, and help teams see what’s possible. You’re collaborative, curious, and committed to elevating the work of those around you.
You’ll bring:
  • A strong quantitative background with experience applying analytics to business or retail problems
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python and familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Ability to interpret marketplace KPIs (RSV, FPR, WOS) and turn them into actionable insights
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a clear, concise communication style
  • A track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders in a large organization

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead analyses that shape how Nike activates the EMEA marketplace—delivering insights across time horizons, channels, and key retail moments. You’ll guide stakeholders through opportunities, risks, and performance, ensuring analytics drives decisions that move the business forward.
In this role, you will:
  • Deliver timely, consistent, and actionable marketplace analyses across multiple time frames
  • Co‑lead the prioritization of analytics projects, assessing expected impact and business value
  • Lead end‑to‑end analyses on marketplace performance, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations aligned to geo priorities and targets
  • Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across the marketplace
  • Act as a connector between analytics and cross‑functional teams
  • Represent Geo Analytics in senior forums with a strong, credible point of view
This role will not be responsible for:
