WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong quantitative background with experience applying analytics to business or retail problems
- Proficiency in SQL or Python and familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Ability to interpret marketplace KPIs (RSV, FPR, WOS) and turn them into actionable insights
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a clear, concise communication style
- A track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders in a large organization
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Deliver timely, consistent, and actionable marketplace analyses across multiple time frames
- Co‑lead the prioritization of analytics projects, assessing expected impact and business value
- Lead end‑to‑end analyses on marketplace performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations aligned to geo priorities and targets
- Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across the marketplace
- Act as a connector between analytics and cross‑functional teams
- Represent Geo Analytics in senior forums with a strong, credible point of view
- Building reporting or BI products
- Data engineering or data maintenance
