WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of Nike’s EMEA Analytics team within Functional Analytics, partnering closely with Sport and Marketplace Analytics, Global Macro & Competitive Analytics, and senior stakeholders across Strategy and Finance. Together, you’ll turn data into insights that shape enterprise priorities and marketplace decisions.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a strategic, self‑driven analytics leader who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and storytelling. You bring deep curiosity about retail and marketplace dynamics and can translate complex, imperfect data into clear points of view that influence senior decision‑making. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, framing the right questions before they’re asked, and owning projects end to end.
You’re equally confident discussing macro‑economic and competitive trends with executives as you are working hands‑on with data. As a trusted partner, you build strong stakeholder relationships and represent Geo Analytics with credibility and clarity. You’re passionate about team, bring a growth mindset, and generously share your expertise to elevate those around you.
You bring:
  • Strong quantitative background with applied analytics experience in market, industry, or secondary research
  • Fluency in macro‑economic, market, and competitive data and retail KPIs
  • Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Python, cloud platforms, BI tools) with a focus on insight generation
  • Proven strategic storytelling across verbal, visual, and written formats
  • Independent problem‑solving skills and the ability to form a clear, compelling point of view

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead applied analytics that connect marketplace dynamics to business decisions, delivering timely insights that inform strategy across Sport and Marketplace. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping teams assess risks, opportunities, and progress against EMEA priorities.
You will:
  • Deliver actionable analyses across short‑ and long‑term horizons
  • Support key corporate moments such as Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning
  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations that drive decisions
  • Co‑lead project prioritization and articulate value and expected impact
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Act as a connector between analytics teams and business partners
  • Represent Geo Analytics at senior forums with clarity and confidence

This role does not focus on reporting, BI product development, or data engineering.
