WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This individual will work with cross functional footwear partners, central operations and sports marketing to drive operational excellence for the Athlete Promo Footwear team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is passionate about collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional teams to drive clarity in process, create tools and calendars and drive operational efficiencies.  

Bullets to include details on:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training

  • A minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience

  • Proven track record of leading high performing collaborative teams

  • Demonstrated ability of excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting

  • Experience using Smartsheet and Miro a plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

This individual will lead the footwear creation calendar specific to the promo footwear process. The Athlete Promo Footwear team oversees footwear creation for multiple sports, leagues and teams – Driving clarity on dates and gates to ensure product is delivered on time is critical to the success of our team.

  • Monitor team capacity for all functions to ensure we are maintaining a manageable workload, including the ability to story tell with date and understand product creation complexities.

  • Create tools to drive team efficiencies, improve communication, synthesize competing priorities, and standardize processes across functions and platforms.

  • Own project requests and intake submissions to ensure the team is working on the right product, ensuring visibility to all key stake holders.

  • Collaborate with the APF Leadership team to create and drive the team’s strategic vision.
