运营相关技能和意识：
1.熟练掌握所有相关部门的营运并且能够执行运动员的各项职责
2.有一个或者多方面的特长。能够持续学习和接受培训，以便进一步提升专业知识。
3.协助经理为员工实施正式入职培训和各项工作培训。
4.协助预防损失工作，对入店行窃或者内部偷窃事件保持警惕并且向主管报告可疑活动。
5.协助主管协调其他员工的工作，有主人翁的意识。
DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
‣ Review all collaDIVISIONteral and graphic deliveries to ensure arrival and that standards are met.
‣ Ensure completion of all visual sets and Headquarters (HQ) directives.
‣ Ensure presentation maintenance throughout sets.
‣ Manage the organization of all visual collateral graphics, mannequins, and props.
‣ Review lighting, fixture, and graphic maintenance.
