A passionate, exceptionally organized and solutions-oriented thinker, you expertly manage end-to-end production for projects within the creative studio. You have deep experience in large scale productions, with exposure across various mediums, both physical and digital (i.e. content, activations, experiences, retail build, etc.) and can apply your skillsets to the ever-growing media landscape. No matter the project at hand, you nurture creativity and cultivate collaboration with any person/team you partner with as you bring projects through to success. You can work directly with creatives and can commission and manage work from a varied and broad network of agencies and creative individuals.
You have a critical role in shaping the work, feel comfortable to speak up as needed to bring clarity to the work, challenge the brief or project scope and help re-route obstacles to land on new solutions. You simplify complex information and clear obstacles to give space for the best possible creative solutions. You feel comfortable being flexible and continuing to move work forward when there is ambiguity. You bring people together – you’re the master collaborator who knows how to get the best out of everyone.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Day-to-day, you will manage creative production from development of briefs to final executions, delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Helping lead work within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute against the brief and deliver on time and within budget.
You will resource world-class teams by facilitating creative partner sourcing & outreach, negotiations, budget management & contract execution in partnership with Nike Legal. You will ensure that all productions are compliant with Nike processes to mitigate risk on behalf of the brand.
You will lead large-scale productions, both film and photography, alongside creative partners and agencies, establishing the ROS and maintaining production schedules. You are the connection point between all internal & external teams, seamlessly communicating details so that all partners are aligned.
You have strong industry relationships and will continue to bring new talent who are relevant to the creative strategy.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Day-to-day, you will be working with the Nike creative team including designers, copywriters, art directors and creative leaders, as well as your broader production team, digital, social counterparts and external creative partners and agencies.
On a project basis, you will work with a variety of Nike Marketing partners, leadership and other cross-functional business function such as Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, and Procurement. You will be a trusted partner to Sports Marketing and Entertainment when there are productions involving athletes and/or celebrity talent.
As the production expert on behalf of Nike, you will nurture your external creative network, building strong relationships on behalf of Nike to the industry at large.
WHAT YOU BRING
Passion for creativity, sports and culture.
Deep experience leading robust, high-budget productions.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
Future-forward thinking with a positive, solution-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent inter-personal skills and strong team player.
Exceptional written and verbal communicator and strategic thinker that can simplify complex information.
Proven experience managing complex timelines, budgets and deliverables.

A commitment to staying up to date with current and future technology, industry trends and creative partners.
Travel 10-20% of the time.
