WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Nike’s Digital Commerce team, partnering closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Finance, and Sport. The Business Manager will report into a senior leader and collaborate across functions to drive growth for Nike App and Nike.com. The team thrives on consumer obsession, data-driven decisions, and bold storytelling.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or digitally-led business
- Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Power BI
- Strong deck-building and presentation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
- Open to work in Beaverton, OR
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead seasonal growth initiatives and drive performance across Nike App and Nike.com. You’ll shape merchandising and campaign priorities, translate insights into action, and build executive-ready storytelling that inspires alignment and unlocks growth.
- Own and drive key seasonal growth initiatives: You’ll lead high-impact business priorities such as “Standing for Newness,” “Back-to-School Full-Price Strategy,” and “Clearance Business Playbooks”, shape the season by influencing merchandising focus areas, campaign priorities, and member activation plans to unlock growth and strengthen Nike App and Nike.com performance.
- Turn insights into action: You’ll translate performance reads and dashboard insights into clear decisions, help identify what is working, what needs to change, and where to pivot across traffic, conversion, AOV, and membership trends—and recommend concrete actions to course-correct or accelerate momentum.
- Create and champion business storytelling: You’ll develop polished, executive-ready decks, POVs, and business narratives that clarify the “so what,” socialize recommendations across partners, and elevate key initiatives with leadership. Inspire alignment, influence decisions, and bring people along the journey
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution: You’ll bring structure, clarity, and accountability across Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Finance, and Sport to ensure plans are coordinated, consumer-right, and commercially impactful. You help keep teams focused on delivering business outcomes, not just activity.
- Proactively identify opportunities and gaps: You’ll combine data, consumer insight, and retail intuition to spot risks early and propose solutions. You will anticipate headwinds (like sales hangovers or seasonality dips) and create plans that protect full-price health and sustained growth.
- Champion a growth and test-and-learn mindset : You’ll support pilots and consumer-journey improvements to validate impact, learn rapidly, and scale what works in a highly complicated environment.
