WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Latin America and work closely with:
- Latin America Technology Team
- Collaborate with TechOps Team
- Global Product, Engineering, and Production Support teams
- Cross‑functional partners across Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Digital
- External vendors and system integrators, as applicable
Together, you will help translate Latin America business needs into scalable, global technology solutions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Lead, Business Systems Analyst is a senior-level role within the Latin America Technology organization, reporting to the Manager, Business Systems Analyst. This role is designed for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who brings broad functional expertise, strong technical depth, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end.
This individual will act as a functional and delivery leader, owning large initiatives or multiple workstreams, and serving as a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience leading projects at scale, influencing senior stakeholders, while remaining hands-on in analysis, solution design, and delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Business & Technology Leadership
- Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across Latin America, ensuring alignment with both local market needs and global platform strategies.
- Act as the primary BSA lead for large programs or critical business capabilities, coordinating across multiple systems, teams, and vendors.
- Serve as a thought partner to the Manager, Business Systems Analyst, contributing to functional planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of BSA practices.
Cross‑Functional Expertise
- Provide deep and broad functional across Supply Chain, Finance (SAP FICO / Central Finance), and Corporate Functions, enabling cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization, simplification, and automation.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements for global product and engineering teams.
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead projects and workstreams through the full lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
- Drive execution discipline—ensuring scope clarity, on‑time delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead testing strategy and execution, including UAT planning, defect triage, and go‑live readiness.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Build strong partnerships with business across Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Digital.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, translating technology concepts into business value and impact.
- Support the Manager, Business Systems Analyst in executive communications, escalations.
Production Support & Operational Excellence
- Act as a senior liaison between business, product, and technical operations teams for production incidents and systemic issues.
- Analyze incident and problem trends to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of production environments and ensure solutions are operationally sound and supportable.
