Cluster Planning

Location: Shanghai

Line Manager: Jie Ding

Responsibility (including but not limited to)

  • Drive and lead projects to accelerate Nike’s fleet transformation with cross-functional team, e.g.  collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute in-depth analyses of lower-tier cities, marketplace intelligence generation etc.

  • Lead the marketplace mapping and planning of selective clusters, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • >= 8 years of relevant work experience

  • Proven track record in brick-and-mortar (B&M) channel planning company

  • Deep expertise of marketplace / city cluster dynamics and retail industry concepts / best practices

  • Exceptional communication & influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders, Strong analytical capability
