Job Description Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of C4C Retail Concept, this role will focus on x-concept initiatives. This includes driving or supporting key projects across multiple concepts (e.g footwear wall reset, digital screen in retail…), optimizing concept development process and managing traffic, as well as tracking cross-concept performance to find business opportunities.
As such, we are looking for a result-driven team member, who should have solid experience in cross-functional project management, business performance tracking and sports retail industry knowledge. He/she will be passionate about the future of new retail and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create the future of retail together.

Support Sr. Director of C4C concept to drive x-concept initiatives, includes but not limited to footwear wall reset, enhance story telling through digital solutions, door tiering strategy and application…
Work with concept development Directors to optimize concept development process and manage traffic to ensure retail squad team is focusing on thing matters at different period.
Support Sr. Director of C4C concept to manage cross-concept forums to ensure visibility for key stakeholders, and drive decisions in needed.
Review concept business performance regularly and drive related actions.
Build tools/data platform for C4C concept team to improve working efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree+ holder with minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience.
Strong business sense and project management skills.
Experience in retail industry is a plus.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Passion to shape the future of retail.
Fluent English and Mandarin is a must.
