The Partner Go To Consumer (PGTC) function at Nike is dedicated to elevating our relationships, spanning various responsibilities from our approach to engaging with different partners to how we interact with our final consumers. PGTC falls under the Sales organization and collaborates closely with other functions at Nike, such as CODE, Merchandising, and Brand.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Content Creation & Production Lead is a digitally-savvy, detail-oriented self-starter who can work cross-functionally with technology partners and outside vendors to support Partner Go-To-Consumer teams. You’ll be focused on delivering a seamless end-to-end digital journey, providing targeted and authentic B2B experiences that inform, educate, and engage both internal and external users. A successful candidate will balance multiple projects at once, have a keen attention to detail, passion for the brand, and a constant curiosity that keeps them driven. As a subject matter authority for publishing tools, this candidate should be able to efficiently communicate, simplify, and relay technical and production design language to cross-functional partners. You must be a proactive and organized go-getter who’s not afraid to collaborate and work independently. You can lead multiple projects and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
70% - Orchestrate how work is delivered (process design, optimization, and implementation), & communication (status updates, delegating tasks, facilitating alignment, integrating process) Production & design (UI & UX) to create & maintain Nike.net Homepages (internal & External) / Microsites / Seasonal graphic package for showrooms, emails & Nike.net notifications to provide relevant experiences for every user through close MPU partnerships & Web analytics.

20% - Maintain a strong connection to and understanding of Nike’s key seasonal stories, products & technologies. Attend relevant consumer CODE meetings, collaborate with Global & GEO stakeholders to garner the information required for Sell-in & sell thru.

10% - Content management to ensure web experiences are correctly published, maintained with the best available assets showing through tagging and uploading to an established taxonomy.

A typical day/week can entail reviewing the content plan for the season and channel content to the applied platform. You’ll track each project, QA, publish. On occasion, there will be technical challenges that will require triage and communication with technical support teams to resolve.

In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Global and Geo Partner Go-To-Consumer teams, Consumer & Partner merchandising teams, Nike.net Platform & Analytics, Nike Athlete Service & Training.


WHAT YOU BRING
•    Graphic Design Proficiency: Knowledge of design principles such as balance, contrast, alignment, and hierarchy is crucial.
•    Typography: Understanding how to choose and pair fonts to enhance readability and complement the design aesthetic.
•    Color Theory: Ability to use colors harmoniously, understand color psychology, and ensure color consistency across the website.
•    User Interface (UI) Design: Creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience.
•    Responsive Design: Ensuring designs are adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.
•    Software Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or similar).
