WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Global Jordan Streetwear Planning Director and partners with Merchandising, Product, Business Planning, Geo and Global teams to optimize business health across the product lifecycle. The team builds alignment, drives action and turns plans into measurable results for Global Jordan Streetwear.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a Global Jordan Lead Planner who can build clear, end-to-end assortment plans that meet consumer demand and fuel a healthy pull market. This person brings enterprise thinking, sharp analytical judgment and the ability to influence leadership through data-informed recommendations. They thrive in complexity, move with clarity when the path forward is not obvious and turn consumer, marketplace and product insights into assortment decisions that drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate understands financial, product and inventory planning fundamentals, communicates with confidence across a matrixed environment and brings a strong command of forecasting, problem-solving and critical thinking to shape plans across the seasonal horizon.

The candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Retail, Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • 5+ years of directly relevant work experience.

  • Experience in assortment planning, including financial, product and inventory planning fundamentals.

  • Current understanding of consumer behavior, marketplace trends and retail dynamics.

  • Strong Excel, statistical forecasting, data science, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will shape seasonal plans and monthly forecasts that guide sales, margin and inventory decisions for Global Jordan Streetwear. You’ll use analytics, marketplace insight and cross-functional partnership to sharpen opportunities, manage risk and give leaders clear recommendations.

  • Build bottom-up seasonal plans and mid-level monthly forecasts that support Streetwear financial goals.

  • Analyze weekly sales, margin and inventory performance to identify business risks, opportunities and recommended actions.

  • Partner with Geo and Global Merchandising, Product and Business Planning teams to align plans and manage performance.

  • Translate consumer, marketplace and product insights into assortment recommendations that support profitable growth.

  • Prepare leadership recaps, performance updates and decision-ready analysis across pre-season, in-season and post-season milestones.

  • Deliver post-season assortment insights that inform future line architecture, productivity and inventory strategies.
