Lead Demand Planner - NIKE USA Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to deliver an actionable perspective on pre-season and in-season financial and inventory risks & opportunities. Forecast macro-level consumer demand for Nike footwear, apparel, and equipment products to maximize revenue, margin and optimize inventory. Partner with Nike stores partnered and gender teams to drive clear, thoughtful, fact-based business decisions. Understand product (assortment planning and merchandising), marketplace, member/membership, insights and marketing strategies to inform consume demand and inventory forecasts. Provide gender assortment planning team with marketplace Capacity forecasts to inform overall gender consumer demand and inventory shape. Partner with territories on monthly sales and stock plans to inform total APLA portfolio consumed demand and inventory health. Cultivate an end-to-end process improvement mindset to optimize ways of working. Partner with territory assortment planning teams to elevate planning capabilities and pre-season through in-season planning processes. Develop and manage topline, long-range consumer demand, margin and inventory forecasts. Partner with territories on in-season to manage APLA portfolio consumed demand and inventory health. Develop Marketplace Capacity signal to inform, sourcing, buy, location, Geo, Gender, and plans Determine trade-off actions to drive consumer demand, Nike and partner margin and optimize overall marketplace inventory health. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or strategy- related occupation.
