WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll partner with teams across FBAT (Football, Baseball, Athletic Training) and Golf, collaborating with design, operations, and leadership to bring concepts to life. This role partners with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver creative solutions aligned with the Jordan Design ethos. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Graphic Design, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to meet timelines, ensure feasibility, and build consensus around bold ideas.

We’re seeking an exceptional Lead Graphic Designer who combines creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to help shape the future of Jordan Sport (apparel and footwear). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings curiosity and engagement to every project, and knows how to translate insights into authentic narratives that connect emotionally with consumers. This person will elevate the consumer experience through compelling design solutions across diverse product types while driving the next chapter of Jordan’s legacy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • 5-7+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting
  • Expertise in typography, illustration, color theory, and layout
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with emerging digital spaces
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You’ll concept, sketch, and present innovative designs that push boundaries and elevate the Jordan brand. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll bring ideas to life through physical products and compelling narratives.
