WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Lead, 3PP – India, based in Bengaluru and reporting to the Director of 3PP, India, is part of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce Team. The role collaborates across Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, Operations & Logistics, and works with stakeholders in Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I), Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate for the Lead, 3PP – India position possesses substantial expertise in digital commerce, retail, and leadership, with a proven history of managing high-growth digital platforms and teams. Their profile reflects a blend of strategic vision for digital experiences, and collaborative skills, making them well-suited to drive Nike’s digital marketplace initiatives in India and the Southeast Asia & India region.

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or a relevant discipline.

  • Has over 8 years of significant digital experience, preferably in managing rapidly expanding, consumer-focused digital platforms and businesses.

  • Demonstrates expertise and a forward-thinking approach regarding the future of digital experiences, specifically within the commerce sector.

  • Brings prior leadership experience in a core retail function, contributing to strong retail acumen.

  • Experienced in managing both direct and indirect teams.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage a variety of stakeholders.

  • Possesses an understanding of the digital retail landscape in Southeast Asia and India, which is considered advantageous.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Lead, 3PP – India, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading Nike’s digital marketplace strategy and growth across India. Your responsibilities will centre on driving partnerships, setting the vision for digital commerce, and achieving business objectives in alignment with both global standards and local market needs. In this role, you will -

  • Drive Nike’s comprehensive digital marketplace strategy in India as part of the NDDC team.

  • Set and lead the vision for the digital landscape in India, contributing to an integrated marketplace growth strategy.

  • Drive partnerships and business development with third-party digital marketplaces.

  • Drive and deliver quarterly and annual business targets, joint business plans, and long-term financial goals and KPIs.

  • Ensure the execution of seasonal priorities, adhering to global brand standards while enhancing local relevance.

  • Lead consumer code - key dates and gates.

  • Be the consumer evangelist that guides future seasonal product strategy. 

  • Lead a team of indirect functional experts & external partner as one team.
