We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

Who You’ll Work With

You will work across Global and Geo Sport teams, Technology, Launch, Physical Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Consumer Care, and external partners to deliver Nike’s Pre‑Order offense. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring Pre‑Order launches are ready, aligned, and delivered with excellence.

You will collaborate closely with senior business leaders and cross‑functional partners to ensure Pre‑Order is integrated into Nike’s broader operating model and commercial offense.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a strategic program leader and systems thinker who thrives in complexity and ambiguity. This individual brings strong cross‑functional leadership, operational rigor, and the ability to translate strategy into executable plans.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable driving alignment across multiple teams without direct authority.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, launch readiness, or cross‑functional leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end commerce, supply chain, or launch operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across global teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders

What You’ll Work On

As Pre‑Order Program Manager, you will drive and manage Nike’s Pre‑Order program end‑to‑end. Your responsibilities will include:

Program Ownership & Strategy

  • Serve as the central program lead for Pre‑Order, responsible for driving end‑to‑end readiness and coordinated execution across Nike’s offense
  • Integrate Pre‑Order into Nike CODE, ensuring alignment with enterprise planning, governance, and operating rhythms
  • Define and evolve the Pre‑Order operating model to support scale, speed, and reduced risk

Launch Readiness & Execution

  • Lead Global and Geo Sport teams through Launch Readiness (Run of Show), owning milestones, dependencies, and execution timelines
  • Drive alignment across Brand, Tech, Launch, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure launches are fully ready before go‑live
  • Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect launch timelines and consumer experience

End‑to‑End Offense Enablement

  • Ensure Nike’s complete E2E offense for Pre‑Order is operating effectively and efficiently, from demand creation through fulfillment and post‑purchase support
  • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to ensure systems, tools, and processes are launch‑ready and scalable
  • Maintain clarity around policies, consumer expectations, and operational guardrails

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Act as the central connector across functions, enabling fast decision‑making and clear accountability
  • Facilitate operating forums, workshops, and executive readouts to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Translate complex inputs into clear plans and actions for diverse stakeholders

Continuous Improvement & Scale

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and strengthen collaboration across teams
  • Build repeatable processes and documentation that enable Pre‑Order to scale without added complexity
  • Partner with teams to evolve the program over time as platforms, systems, and consumer needs change

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • You’ll help build and scale a core Nike capability, not just run projects
  • You’ll operate with high visibility and impact across multiple teams and leaders
  • You’ll shape how Nike delivers high‑demand, limited‑availability products to consumers globally
