The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $205,800.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.

Basic qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
6+ years executive recruiting experience
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships
Experience building and driving talent initiatives and pipelines
Expertise in talent market analysis and talent intelligence methodologies
Analytical experience to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams
Preferred qualifications
Ability to tell a compelling story with data insights; clear, concise communication that is commercially relevant
Deep understanding of executive search methodology
Capability-led assessment over title-led research
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure
Passion for recruiting diverse candidates
Knowledge and experience in data visualization and presenting talent insights
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will play a pivotal role in shaping global talent strategies and executing long-term engagements to attract highly passive talent. You’ll partner with recruiters, build and nurture a network of top executive prospects, and proactively monitor market trends. Your work involves leading research initiatives, creatively identifying and engaging talent, and independently driving assignments to completion.
Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates
Partner with recruiters to refine sourcing and assessment approaches
Build and maintain a network of top prospects through ongoing market research
Screen, interview, and prepare candidates while anticipating hiring manager needs
Monitor marketplace trends and competitive opportunities
Lead special research projects and conduct primary and secondary research
