Operate independently while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing business needs.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

- Fleet Management - Execute and track account door targets in line with AOP guidance. Maximize brick-and-mortar opportunities through an account lens while maintaining a sustainable and profitable door portfolio.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Partner with Design and cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with lease, legal, and site standards, while serving as a key link between strategy and execution.
- End-to-End Program Management - Lead store openings, expansions, pop-ups, refreshes, and reinstatement projects from design through construction. Drive cross-functional alignment, manage milestones, and balance business objectives, brand standards, design requirements, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Budgeting and Cost Control - Conduct P&L analysis to ensure project profitability. Manage budgets, prepare estimates, control expenditures, review and negotiate contractor agreements, and partner with the Account team on lease-related commercial terms and site condition adjustments per design team request.
- Operations and Process Excellence: Apply expertise in retail environments, materials, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and construction quality in line with Nike standards. Maintain strong on-site execution while upholding brand standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
