Overview of the Job:
This role will manage express lane business development part to explore marketplace opportunities for business scaling through working with express lane fulfill key partners across global and GC to align strategic product priorities for further marketplace actualization.
Key Partnership:
This role needs to work closely with large group of global and GC stakeholders. Strategic thinking and influence skills are key to be successful.
- Global AP/AC and FW teams (Sourcing, PMO, DEC) GSP, NA/EMEA EL Fulfill teams
- GC Merchandising, GC Express Lane Update, GC DSM(Supply Planning , Central Planning, Consumer Planning, IMP Planning), Digital ECO & platforms, NSP cross-account, Logistics, MPO, GC Code, Consumer & Marketplace Ops..etc
Job Responsibility:
- Manage Express Lane Fulfill code excellence to ensue results in key gates are delivered to GC/GLOBAL stakeholders.
- Drive the alignment on fulfill assortment expansion across consumer and marketplace merchandising.
- Closely work with fulfill operation to create specific fulfill scenario to support marketplace needs.
- Continue exploring new trend/opportunities to through social trends, performance analysis
Manage FAST TEE program to capture critical brand/sports moments.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- Knowledge in merchandising, planning, marketplace supply chain, logistics, retail, product, tech. The more the better
- Good story telling and strong influence skills, be able to manage meaningful conversation with key stakeholders
