Overview of the Job:

This role will manage Express Lane Fulfill operation in apparel through working with express lane fulfill partners across Global and GC to align operation priorities, optimize seasonal process and way of workings and reduce E2E production lead time reduction. So that all Express Lane Fulfill partners could work as One team on same pace to maximize Express Lane Fulfill biz growth and operation efficiency.

Key Partnership:

This role needs to work closely with large group of global and GC stakeholders.

  • Global Apparel Teams (Sourcing, PMO, DEC), Global Supply Planning, Global Material Team (Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing operation...etc)..
  • GC DSM ( Supply Planning, Consumer Planning, MPU Planning), Merchandising, Logistics, Marketplace Operation…etc

Job Responsibility:

  • Understands seasonal apparel priorities and fulfill product portfolio.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders for seasonal candidates’ submission and finalized capable styles through fulfill key gates during seasonal consumer code.
  • Drive sourcing conversation with global team to review, align and implement C4C source plan towards to success with operation efficiency.
  • Support business team to align local sourcing strategies and collaborate with global/GC team for execution.
  • Partner with DEC and factory partner for manufacturing lead time reduction elevation to support fulfill business.
  • Work with material team for apparel material lead time reduction for focused fulfill styles.
  • Explore & create new apparel fulfill operation mode to support new business scenarios.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • Knowledge in manufacturing, planning, marketplace supply chain, logistics, retail, product, tech. The more the better
  • Strong learning capabilities, be able to process mass info and knowledge in limited time and produce meaningful output.
