Partner with the GC local creation team, Responsiveness team, DSM, and global costing team to drive attributable and incremental impact on key commercial, operational, and consumer objectives.

  • Develop a holistic analysis of the end-to-end financial impact of the GC Responsiveness business.
  • Design financial frameworks and guardrails to drive a sustainable and profitable growth model.
  • Deliver excellence across key financial strategic touchpoints, including CSR (three-year long-term financial and strategic planning), AOP, budgeting, and forecasting for the GC local creation and responsiveness business model.
  • Provide in-year performance management through timely and insightful financial analysis to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Closely monitor progress, understand implications, and implement meaningful action plans.

Deliver results. Collaborate within the team to achieve net revenue and gross margin targets, and actively manage risk and opportunity profiles.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas is required; MBA, CPA, ACCA or CMA is preferred but not required.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A with strong skill on data analysis and financial planning, as well as ability to solve complex problems combining pragmatic solution and strategic thinking
  • Business acumen and strategic mindset. A strong business thought partner
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to provide insights based on financial and non-financial information
  • Works well in a cross-functional collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across distance, to multiple functions, and to different level of management
  • Have the agility to work under pressure and ambiguity
