Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a Lead, Nike Direct/Stores, with expertise in Revenue & Business planning across financial forecast cycles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Performance Management. This role will be responsible for consolidating Stores and Nike Direct channels, track channel performance against financial plans. The position will also coordinate and manage all business cycle activities across the channels.

We are seeking a dynamic lead with a growth mindset, with the ability to manage through complexity, connecting the dots, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to influence business decisions.

What you will work on

You will be responsible for ensuring Nike Stores/Direct financial goals. This role is a key partner in helping drive x-functional alignment including the integration of Nike Direct plans with Marketplace plans and supporting business leaders assessing risks & opportunities across EMEA portfolio.

  • Drive integration of Financial plans with the respective Nike Direct channel teams including Finance, PLANNING and Central Business planning.
  • Coordinate and manage all key Financial gates and effectively communicate key timelines/milestones to all relevant stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements in financial planning, reporting and data analysis.
  • Ensure accountability of key KPIs and assumptions are owned and housed by the specific teams throughout planning cycles and actuals analysis.
  • Proactively identify & quantify risks and opportunities against the plans. Make recommendations to support decision making.
  • Actively interpret financial results; use trends and macro insights to support key planning assumptions with meaningful guidance.
  • Support Stores/Nike Direct Finance team in QBR preps, working closely with Finance Business Planning team.
  • Prepare reporting packs that provide insights into business performance. Highlight key critical metrics and potential implication for the future with recommendations.

Who you will work with

This role reports to Senior Director Nike Direct. As part of the Nike Direct Finance Team You will be partnering with Finance & PLANNING, Merchandising, Finance Business Planning and Central PLANNING Teams. The role will be supporting Nike Direct in an agile working framework. You can expect exposure to Senior Leaders within EMEA organization to drive clarity on targets, results and plans during key deliverable moments of the Forecast cycles.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance, Business Administration and Accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Revenue & Margin Management, Financial modelling and Profit analysis.
  • Strong Nike Business Insight. Quantifies risks assesses trends and opportunities, defines objectives, and develops strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated analyses into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Skilled communicator with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders to complete a common mission.
  • Proven track record to operate optimally in ambiguous situations and drive clarity while leading multiple challenging priorities.
