Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world’s best athletes. It’s a place where passionate individuals come together to create the future of sport. We are unapologetic about who we are and what we’re after—bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete* in the world. We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The CODE team is responsible for operating and evolving Nike’s enterprise‑wide, end‑to‑end CODE process — the backbone of how Nike brings innovation to market. The team drives alignment, accountability, and decision‑making across the Nike Brand, Sports, Product, Marketing, and Marketplace to ensure seasonal delivery and long‑term evolution of how work gets done.

This role reports to the Director of Global CODE Integration and works closely with Global and Geo CODE leads, Sport Business Integration partners, Product, Marketing, Marketplace, and Finance teams. The role regularly engages Senior Directors and supports communication to select Vice President audiences within a highly matrixed, global organization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is a hybrid operator and builder within Global CODE Integration. It is accountable for delivering enterprise CODE moments with rigor and consistency, while also helping evolve how CODE operates across Nike.

We’re looking for a proven individual contributor who can anchor complex, time-bound execution and shape and deliver future-state improvements to systems, processes, and operating models. This person is comfortable running today’s operating reality while navigating ambiguity and actively influencing what needs to change to unlock greater speed, clarity, and effectiveness over time.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline paired with a transformation mindset — identifying patterns across processes, translating insights into incremental and transformational improvements, and enabling progress now without losing sight of long-term evolution. They create clarity within complexity, synthesize diverse inputs into clear options and trade-offs, and support decisions that balance near-term delivery with future-state progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, process excellence, consulting, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional workstreams with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies
  • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-team operating rhythms tied to seasonal or time-bound delivery
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership audiences
  • Proficiency with presentation, collaboration, and project management tools (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Miro, Smartsheets, Airtable, Asana)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will own end‑to‑end delivery of select enterprise CODE moments, ensuring clear inputs, outputs, timelines, roles, and decision points across the CODE lifecycle. You will act as the central point of coordination to keep work moving against agreed timelines, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and manage iterative adjustments to execution or supporting templates to ensure successful delivery under seasonal timelines.

In parallel, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of CODE by applying insights from execution and partnering on broader, end‑to‑end improvements that strengthen how CODE operates across Nike.

A day in this role could look like:

  • Creating workback plans and coordinating execution of activities that support enterprise-level decision forums and CODE moments
  • Identifying recurring friction, gaps, and inconsistencies across CODE and translating them into clear improvement opportunities
  • Leading or contributing to updates to CODE processes, templates, tools, and operating norms, informed by execution insights and enterprise needs
  • Partnering on enterprise, end‑to‑end CODE evolution initiatives that sit outside individual moments, including operating model, integration, or capability improvements
  • Leading or supporting pilots, refinement, and adoption of new ways of working across the CODE ecosystem, ensuring changes are practical and scalable
  • Connecting day‑to‑day delivery learnings to longer‑term CODE evolution priorities and future‑state recommendations
